MME Global Systems develops and operates MME ERP, a management application for Amazon sellers. The application connects to Amazon via the Selling Partner API (SP-API) to automatically retrieve business information from each user’s seller account.
What data do we collect?
Only the data necessary for the application’s management and accounting functions:
Settlements: period dates, amount transferred, currency, last digits of the deposit account, Amazon fees and commissions, refunds, and adjustments.
Orders: order ID, product reference (SKU), quantities, amounts, marketplace country, dates, and status.
Returns and refunds: order ID, product, amount, and reason.
Inventory: stock levels per product in Amazon fulfillment centers.
What data do we NOT collect?
Data we do NOT collect
We do not access buyers’ personal data. The application neither requests nor holds permissions for Amazon Personally Identifiable Information (PII); therefore, we do not receive the names, postal addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses of the seller’s end customers.
We also do not write to or modify anything in the Amazon account: access is read-only. The application does not publish products, change prices, or manage orders.
How we use the data
Exclusively to provide the service contracted by the seller: recording settlements and commissions in their accounting records, reconciling Amazon payouts with bank transactions, preparing tax reports (VAT, OSS) and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reports, and monitoring inventory, costs, and profitability.

Where data is stored and for how long
Data is hosted on servers located within the European Union. Each seller has an independent database; customer information cannot be accessed from another seller’s account. Amazon access credentials are stored in encrypted form (AES-256-GCM) and are never displayed on screen. Access to the application requires a username, password, and two-step verification.
We retain the data for as long as the seller maintains the contracted service and, subsequently, for the statutory retention periods required by Spanish commercial and tax regulations. Once these periods have elapsed, the data is deleted.
