What it does for you
What happens after the sale, without matching reports
Returns, refunds and reviews are scattered across Seller Central. MME Posventa brings them together order by order and updates them every night.
Every return, with its reason
You see why the buyer returned it, what they wrote and whether the unit is back in your Amazon warehouse.
What was really refunded
The amount of each refund comes from your Amazon settlements: you know how much was refunded on every order.
What to claim and from when
It flags the refunds whose unit never came back and the date from which you can claim them. If you miss it, it leaves you a reminder.
Reviews requested automatically
Every delivered order gets its review request, only once and within Amazon’s time window. Never an order with a return or a refund.
Your notes on every order
Write down the case number or what you discussed with Amazon or the buyer. It stays with the order.
Connect Amazon and you’re done
Orders arrive on their own, with the SKUs you already have there. No files to upload, no products to set up.
Return rate per product
What share of each product comes back, and the forecast of when it will come down.
Inventory destroyed and disposed of
The units Amazon destroys or disposes of, and what they cost you.
Europe and the Americas, kept apart
Each market in its own currency: Europe on one side, the Americas on the other.
What each return actually costs you
The FBA shipping you already paid, the handling fee and the partial refunds, minus anything Amazon has reimbursed. By month, country, category, product and reason, with the detail order by order.
A guided tour on every screen
Every screen explains what you are looking at and what you can do with it. No manual, no training.
Your product cost, with the ERP
Here you see to the cent what Amazon charges you. Valuing the lost unit at what it cost you is done by the MME ERP: without it, those columns come out with no amount.
Inside
Every order, with what happened next
Every return, explained
Open the order and it’s all there: how much was refunded to the buyer, whether the unit is back in your warehouse, the reason they gave and their comment. No need to cross-check three Seller Central reports.
- The buyer’s reason and comment, on their order
- Whether the unit came back or not, and in what condition
- A filter to see only the orders with a return
- Export what you see to Excel or CSV, or print it

Refunds with no unit, flagged and dated
If Amazon refunded the buyer and the unit never came back to your warehouse, Amazon normally has to reimburse you. MME Posventa flags those orders, tells you from which day you can claim them and leaves the claim text ready to copy.
- An icon for each case: to claim, claimed and reimbursed
- You file the claim yourself in Seller Central, in a couple of minutes
- If you miss the date, it shows up in Reminders
Reviews requested automatically, the official way
It’s the same «Request a Review» button as in Seller Central, but without going order by order. Every night the system asks Amazon which orders can get a request, and sends it.
- The email is written and sent by Amazon, in the buyer’s language
- Once per order, starting on the day after delivery you choose
- Never to an order with a return or a refund

The review request is written and sent by Amazon: it can’t be customised, it depends on Amazon keeping the permission and it doesn’t guarantee the buyer will leave a review. MME Posventa does not claim from Amazon on your behalf. Your product cost is not calculated by this plan: that is done by the MME ERP. When the trial ends, the subscription begins. When you sign up, we email you the contract to sign and a link to set your password.

Frequently asked questions
What is a refund with no unit?
It’s when Amazon refunds the buyer but the product never comes back to your Amazon warehouse. If, once the return window has passed, the unit still hasn’t turned up and Amazon hasn’t reimbursed you, you can claim it. MME Posventa cross-checks your returns against your settlements to find those orders.
When can I claim from Amazon?
After the refund, the buyer still has time to return the product. MME Posventa counts 45 days from the refund: until then the order shows as «to claim, window open», because the unit may still come back, and after that it can be claimed. Amazon also sets a deadline for filing the claim, so don’t leave it too long: if another week goes by and you haven’t marked it as claimed, it shows up in Reminders.
Do you claim from Amazon for me?
No. We flag which orders you can claim and from what date, and leave the text ready for you to copy. You file the claim yourself in Seller Central, and the outcome is up to Amazon.
Does it tell me how much each return has cost me?
What Amazon charges you, yes, and to the cent: the FBA shipping you already paid, the handling fee and the partial refunds, minus anything Amazon has reimbursed. The refund itself does not count as a cost, because that sale never happened. You get it by month, country, category, product and reason, with the detail order by order. What this plan does NOT calculate is what the lost or unsellable unit cost you: your product cost lives in the MME ERP. Without the ERP, those columns will show no amount.
Why can’t I see the refunds from the last few days yet?
Because the amounts come from your Amazon settlements, and Amazon settles every 14 days. You see the order and the return straight away; the money appears when Amazon publishes the next settlement. Nothing is missing — it is on its way.
Is the return rate the one Amazon publishes?
No, and it matters that you know it: it is our own estimate. We work it out from the product listing data and from your own orders. It is not the metric Amazon publishes and it is not imported from it, so the two figures need not match. The same goes for the “frequently returned” badge. Use it to compare your products with each other and to see where the trend is going, not to argue a figure with Amazon.
How are reviews requested?
Through Amazon’s official connection, with the same request as the «Request a Review» button in Seller Central. The email is written and sent by Amazon, in the buyer’s language, and can’t be customised. As it isn’t a message from you, it doesn’t expose you to a warning for contacting customers. That said, nobody can guarantee the buyer will leave a review.
Which orders get a review request?
Delivered orders, only once and within the window Amazon allows (between 5 and 30 days after delivery). You choose from which day. An order with a return or a refund does not get one.
How do you know an order has no return before requesting the review?
Before each review request, the system checks whether that order has a return or a refund in three Amazon sources: the FBA returns report, your settlements and the Finances API, which picks up refunds, chargebacks and A-to-Z claims as they happen. If it shows up in any of the three, no review is requested. We cannot guarantee it 100%, because Amazon does not publish everything instantly: a refund Amazon is still holding may not be visible yet in any of the three sources. The check is always made, at the moment of requesting.
What does it need from my Amazon account?
Just that you connect it: click «Connect with Amazon», log in with your seller account and accept the permission. You don’t give us your password or have to copy anything. With that permission the system reads your orders, returns, refunds and settlements, and requests the reviews. You can disconnect it whenever you like.
Do I have to set up my products?
No. You connect your Amazon account and your orders appear on their own, with the same SKUs you already have there.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT: the applicable VAT is added to your invoice.
Do I have to install anything?
No. MME Posventa runs in your browser, from anywhere, and lives on our server.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. If you later need the full MME ERP, write to us and we’ll adjust your subscription without you losing any data.
How do I sign up?
You choose the monthly or the annual plan and complete the payment. We email you the contract to sign and a link to set your password. The 14-day trial starts there: if it is not for you, cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
Stop matching reports to find out what happened to each order
