Free trial

All subscription plans include a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial and you can cancel at no cost.

Minimum term

• Monthly billing: minimum term of 3 months, counted from the end of the trial.
• Annual billing: 12-month term. The annual fee is charged in advance when the trial ends.

• Monthly billing: you can cancel at any time once the minimum term has passed, giving at least 30 calendar days’ notice.
• Annual billing: you can cancel the renewal by giving at least 30 calendar days’ notice before the renewal date. You keep access until the end of the year you have already paid for.

• During the free trial you can move to any plan, up or down, straight away and at no cost. The minimum term starts when the trial ends.
• Each change of plan is accepted with a new agreement, with the resulting plan and price.
• A change of plan keeps your billing (monthly or annual). To switch between monthly and annual, request it by email and it applies at the next renewal.
• Your data is not deleted. Features not included in the new plan are no longer available, but if you have issued invoices with the system you will still be able to view them read-only for the legal retention period.
• Each change of plan is accepted with a new agreement, with the resulting plan and price.
• Switching between monthly and annual billing: request it by email and it applies at the next renewal.

No subscription fee and no minimum term. You can cancel your account at any time. Credits are valid for 24 months from purchase and are non-refundable.

Fees for periods that have already started are not refunded, including when you change plan. In case of a billing error or an issue attributable to MME Global Systems, we will review each case to find a solution.

If you ask for the service to be activated immediately, you agree that it starts during the withdrawal period and you may lose that right under article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

MME Global Systems may temporarily suspend access to the platform in case of breach of the General Terms and Conditions, fraudulent use of the service, non-payment, or when necessary to protect security.
