You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time from your user account or by contacting our support team.

The cancellation will prevent future charges and will take effect at the end of the subscription period that has already been paid for.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, fees for subscription periods that have already commenced are non-refundable.

If a charge was made in error or an issue attributable to MME Global Systems arises, we will review each case individually to provide the most appropriate solution.

In accordance with Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal may not apply when the supply of digital content or services has commenced with the user’s express consent and the user has acknowledged the loss of said right.

By contracting our services and requesting immediate account activation, the client agrees to the commencement of service provision during the withdrawal period, under the terms set forth in applicable regulations; the list of cookies may vary depending on the services active at any given time.

MME Global Systems may temporarily suspend access to the platform in the event of a breach of the General Terms and Conditions, fraudulent use of the service, non-payment, or when necessary to protect the security of the platform or its users.
