Frequently asked questions
Is it accounting software?
No. MME ERP organises your Amazon business —purchases, stock, shipments, payouts and expenses— and gives you clear numbers and reports ready for your accountant. Your accountant still does the bookkeeping.
Which Amazon stores does it work with?
The European ones: Spain, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Payouts and VAT are shown separately for each country.
How does it connect to my Amazon account?
On the Pro and Premium plans you authorise access once from your seller account and, from then on, your data arrives on its own every night. Base has no connection: you download the reports from Amazon and upload them yourself.
What happens to my data?
It’s yours. It’s stored on our server, we don’t receive any personal data about your buyers and, if you ever leave, we give you a complete file with everything within 15 working days.
Is there a minimum commitment?
With monthly billing, 3 months from the end of the free trial. With annual billing, 12 months. To cancel, just let us know by email 30 days in advance.
Can I change plan?
Yes, from My account → Plan. Upgrading is immediate and you only pay the difference. You can downgrade once the commitment period is over (on annual billing, at renewal). Your data is never deleted.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT; the applicable VAT is added to your invoice.
Do I have to install anything?
No. It works in your browser, from any computer, and we take care of keeping it running.
