Refunds with no unit, flagged and dated
If Amazon refunded the buyer and the unit never came back to your warehouse, Amazon normally has to reimburse you. MME Posventa flags those orders, tells you from which day you can claim them and leaves the claim text ready to copy.

The review request is written and sent by Amazon: it can’t be customised, it depends on Amazon keeping the permission and it doesn’t guarantee the buyer will leave a review. Frequently asked questions
What is a refund with no unit?
It’s when Amazon refunds the buyer but the product never comes back to your Amazon warehouse. If, once the return window has passed, the unit still hasn’t turned up and Amazon hasn’t reimbursed you, you can claim it. MME Posventa cross-checks your returns against your settlements to find those orders.
When can I claim from Amazon?
After the refund, the buyer still has time to return the product. MME Posventa counts 45 days from the refund: until then the order shows as «to claim, window open», because the unit may still come back, and after that it can be claimed. Amazon also sets a deadline for filing the claim, so don’t leave it too long: if another week goes by and you haven’t marked it as claimed, it shows up in Reminders.
Do you claim from Amazon for me?
No. We flag which orders you can claim and from what date, and leave the text ready for you to copy. You file the claim yourself in Seller Central, and the outcome is up to Amazon.
How are reviews requested?
Through Amazon’s official connection, with the same request as the «Request a Review» button in Seller Central. The email is written and sent by Amazon, in the buyer’s language, and can’t be customised. As it isn’t a message from you, it doesn’t expose you to a warning for contacting customers. That said, nobody can guarantee the buyer will leave a review.
Which orders get a review request?
Delivered orders, only once and within the window Amazon allows (between 5 and 30 days after delivery). You choose from which day. An order with a return or a refund, never.
What does it need from my Amazon account?
Just that you connect it: click «Connect with Amazon», log in with your seller account and accept the permission. You don’t give us your password or have to copy anything. With that permission the system reads your orders, returns, refunds and settlements, and requests the reviews. You can disconnect it whenever you like.
Do I have to set up my products?
No. You connect your Amazon account and your orders appear on their own, with the same SKUs you already have there.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT: the applicable VAT is added to your invoice.
Do I have to install anything?
No. MME Posventa runs in your browser, from anywhere, and lives on our server.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. If you later need the full MME ERP, write to us and we’ll adjust your subscription without you losing any data.
When and how can I sign up?
Coming soon: we’ll open sign-ups as soon as Amazon enables review requests for our app. Then you choose the monthly or the annual plan, complete the payment and we email you the contract to sign and a link to set your password. If you’d like us to let you know, write to us.
